Hi, my name is Nicole Beller and I'm excited to announce that I have joined the Coldwell Banker Realty – Coral Springs/Parkland office. I've worked in customer service in the transportation and local government industry for most of my adult life but truly wanted to get into the real estate environment for a while now as I've wanted to have more of a one-on-one working relationship with my clients. As a fresh face in real estate, I will bring an enthusiastic approach to helping you make that move to your perfect home. I'm known by my peers as the go-to person for doing the necessary research and narrowing down the results to the best fit and I want to bring that talent to my clients. Learning about them and their needs and working together to welcome them to their new home - may be challenging for all of us but it can also be very rewarding! I'm originally from the beautiful twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago but have called South Florida home for more than half my life, I'm very excited to share this journey with you and to introduce you to my hometown.
